pol\u00edticas internas para la prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos que se puedan constituir en delitos dentro de la empresa con el fin de evitar la responsabilidad penal de socios, directores, representantes legales, mandos medios y\/o trabajadores.<\/li><li>Realizamos capacitaciones a directivos, representantes legales, mandos medios y\/o empleados encaminadas a la prevenci\u00f3n y detecci\u00f3n de comportamientos desviados dentro de la empresa.<\/li><li>Emitimos conceptos sobre los posibles riesgos y sus tipos, que deriven en conductas del orden penal, producto de la actividad desarrollada en contratos que ejecute la empresa, con el fin de prevenir la ocurrencia de delitos por acci\u00f3n u omisi\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Revisamos cada uno de los procesos desarrollados dentro de la empresa con la finalidad de examinar en el ejercicio de su objeto social la posible ocurrencia en conductas delictivas.<\/li><li>Verificamos el comportamiento de terceros con quienes se firmen contratos, a fin de constatar que las obligaciones emanadas del mismo sean cumplidas a cabalidad y en los t\u00e9rminos acordados, evitando incurrir en la comisi\u00f3n de conductas
